I called Granna one morning and she was at Hobby Lobby buying Luke fake fruit... she says every kid needs fake fruit... in 2 days he was pulling the fruit out of the basket by name!

I called Granna another day and she asked (in a funny tone) "Does Luke like ice cream sandwiches?" I told her didn't know, he has never had one... then I asked "Is he eating one right now? And she laughed because I caught her! Granna bought Luke all kinds of yummies at the grocery store.

Coming home to our sweet baby... he changed so much in a week... he is taller, his hair is different, he has a new "shy" face, he requests "juice!" in the morning, and he is MUCH more talkative!
Luke did not give us the reception we thought we would get... he got really shy and wouldn't talk. As soon as he new there was something in the suitcase for him, he warmed right up!
Shark bath toy- so funny when his tail moves:
Saying "Bye Bye" to Granna and Pops... we may have to do some reprogramming next week (ie. scale back on the ice cream sandwiches and Elmo:), but these smiles are totally worth it!

Precious, sweet time with Grandparents is priceless! What a blessing for Luke to have such a fun week, while Mom and Dad were away.

I don't know who had more fun, Luke or Granna;-) So happy y'all had a wonderful time and Luke did so well at home. I know Karen had a blast!

Granna here--defending herself! We only ate TWO ice-cream sandwiches! And, I stopped Elmo, because Elmo was driving ME crazy! Sweetest baby boy on Earth. He goes to bed easily and wakes up happy as can be. Don't you and Brent need another vacation pretty soon????!!!!!
Looks like Luke had an amazing week! Where did you and Brent get to go off to? So fun to get away on vacation!
