My sweet, sweet sister can put up with A LOT... I think she is much more even tempered than me and maintains her cool MUCH better than me when she gets offended. That said, when we first announced I was pregnant, the first thing she did was order me pregnancy magazienes to be delivered to our house monthly... what a sweet idea! Well, they informed her that the order was delayed, so she took it upon herself to go to Barnes and Noble, buy me 3 magazienes, and mail them to me for the first month. The second month passed, no mags. The third month, she called and got the run-around. Today, I got the following email:

So, naturaly I forwarded on to Melody because I knew the rollercoaster she has already gone through with them. Here is Melody's email response I found in my mail box, just 5 minutes later, written back to Magsdirect:
Honestly, it is ridiculous that I ordered this magazine in MAY as a gift to my pregnant sister (who is now due in 3 months) and she still hasn't even received the first issue! What's the point? This will be the one and only time that I order from Magsdirect. At this rate, she will delivered the baby by the time you finally "find out the status" of my order. Each time I call, I get a different customer service rep that just tells me "we are looking into why the first issue hasn't been sent yet". Can you please "be of further assistance" and give me the contact information (phone # or email address) for a manager?
I can't tell you how hard I laughed! It is so good to see her get in an uproar instead of it being me! I love it!
